1. When will I expect to receive the products purchased?

*With the current on-going COVID-19 situation, please be advised that there may be an additional delay of 3  to 5 working days. We recommend selecting a residential address as your designated address for a successful delivery. 

Please note that certain commercial buildings may be impacted by latest government restrictions.*

All orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days from the day you receive an Order Shipped email and we will send you an email containing tracking information.

If your tracking information did not appeared within 7 business days, please email us and we will verify the tracking details. 

Please note that we are closed for delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and on Singapore Public Holidays.

2. Do you shipped Internationally? 

Sorry we currently provide local shipment and we are working on international shipping going forward. Please email us at admin@iskinbykobrows.com  if you have an international shipping matter to adhere to.

 3. How do I amend my address if it is entered by error? 

Please email us immediately at admin@iskinbykobrows.com with your order number and your details within 1 hour , and we will try our best to facilitate the change.

4. What is the shipping fee for Singapore?

Standard shipping rate is applied accordingly by the default weightage and amount purchase to all domestic orders. Upon the Checkout, you are able to select the preferred type/ amount of shipping choice before making payment. Free shipping apply for purchase of an stipulated amount indicated on our website. Orders are expected to deliver within 3 to 5 business days.

5. How can I order if the quantity I have selected shows 'insufficient' to fulfill?

Our regular stock up for the products is every 2 to 3 Weeks basis. If you wish to order in advanced on the particular item. Please email us at admin@iskinbykobrows.com

6.  Do you shipped your products from South Korea and Is it authentic?

Our products are directly from South Korea and 100% authentic. It is shipped out from Singapore. 

7. I have not yet receive my package, however the tracking number indicated as 'delivered'

Please reach out to our support team immediately at admin@iskinbykobrows.com, and we will check out the matter for you.

We are regret to inform that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off.

8. One of the order items I received is damaged.

We are sorry to hear about this , please kindly reach out to our support team immediately at admin@iskinbykobrows.com, including the photo of the damaged items together with the courier packaging and we will check out the matter for you.

9. What is your refund and exchange policy if I changed my mind about the purchase without receiving the items?

We are sorry that unfortunately we do not accept refunds and exchanges on any products that are shipped out and delivered upon fulfillment.

However, we might be able to cancel your order within 1-hour after the purchase. Please email us immediately with the subject title "Cancellation within 1-hour ",  your order number, name, and contact number. We shall notify you on on the process. In the event if the orders are fulfilled and shipped out after the 1-hour, we are unable to proceed with the cancellation and refunds.

10. Can I receive an refund or return the products if I change my mind upon receiving it ?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the SAME CONDITION that you received it, UNUSED, UNOPENED WITH TAGS, and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note we are unable to process the refund/return once the original packaging is opened or used and exceed 7-day after receiving the items. Kindly note the cost of the return shipping fee will be paid by the purchaser.

To Note that refund or return is only eligible for the items purchase at www.iskinbykobrows.com, we do not accept items that are brought from other retailers locally or internationally.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@iskinbykobrows.com. If your return is accepted, we shall guide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
